Progress moving along quickly!!

First i used some PEX tubing to make some frame work for the body work, pex makes nice rounded corners easily and is lightweight and flexible.. Below are some photos of the framework.

Next I got some cheap fleece, fabric.. its soft and pours and stretchable in any direction.. The fleice was stretched over the frame work and then fiberglass resin applied to it as you apply resin to the fleece you need to keep it taught.. after drying you have a nice light weight shell..
Here are some photos half way through the progress, i worked my way from the top down ding parts at a time and letting the resin set and lock into the PEX framework..

So for materials used for this front will be 1.5 gallons of fiberglass resin, 4 yards of fleece and 40 feet of pex tubing and 5 eyelet bolts (this is what I used to attack the PEX to the radiator support on the car) and 8 screws to screw PEX to the plastic bumper cover
