Great VX find...and VX O2 sensor question

So...
I already own a 1992 VX and I am about 2 weeks from having it out of the paint booth and back on the road. I have been looking for another one for the last year or so ( low mileage, rust free, and relatively cheap) and I finally found one that fits the bill. I just purchased a 1995 VX with 94k original miles! The car is very clean and runs wonderfully. It needs a few dings fixed in order to be 100% but that's an easy one for me as I own a body shop. I have never seen a VX this clean! I will post some pics tomorrow when I bring it home. Anyway, I do have a quesition that has me stumped...

This is a genuine VX D15Z1 with a P07 ecu, but it only has a four wire O2 sensor. This car was built in Canada (not Cali) is 100% stock and unmolested. Why does it not have a five wire 02 sensor??? What do I need to do to convert it?
