I wouldn't let them take that money without making a fuss. Sounds like someone is committing a fraud, so file a police report. Then go back to your bank and PayPal(?) and file a complaint with your police report number. Don't be afraid to name and shame the companies charging you for being a victim of fraud. That sort of stuff really pisses me off!
