i use DFCO on steeper hills and when im actually trying to slow down. whenever i need to maintain momentum i will just throw it into neutral. unfortunately there is no where here when i can utilize EOC for more than half a mile to a mile at a time so i don't even try anymore. i do shut off the engine at most stop lights, but i hate when the light changes right after i shut it off :P
