Thanks! yeah my LS1 A4 gets 18.5-19 city.

I did some research and the 4.8 and 5.3s in the Silverados get about the same MPG - 16ish.

i factored in the weight difference, and it would be about 17-18 MPG city * that is if i drive it as they say. My 4.3 is rated the same so i would be equally happy with the LSx MPGwise.

I don't really want to make this one a powerhouse, i just want it to get out of its own way, sound good, and get decent mileage.

What vehicle do you have the Windsor in?
