My point is that with enough money and power you can make almost any vehical go 200mph... even a grayhound bus...!
Vehicle Performance is more than just speed and power... My standard for a high performance vehicle woud be the Opel Eco-speedster which is capable of 155mph top speed and can get 94mpg at around 60mph with only 114 bhp.
The absolut peak of high performance for me is the basjoos honda civic because of the small amount of money used to get the results!
