I did notice your curb weight is a little low. Online specs show it at 2500 lbs.
Honestly, I'd ditch the entire turbo setup. If you're really going for mpg it isn't going to help you unless you swap in a smaller engine and want to reclaim some of the lost power (and then you'd probably have to mod it to fit the new engine).
If most of your travel is on the highway I'd focus on aero mods. You'll be able to block off most of your grill in the winter, but you'll have to open it up a bit come summer. I'd highly recommend the SGE or SGII to monitor coolant temps and everything else they do for you.
