taller new tires?

I'm going to be getting new tires soon and was wondering if anyone had any input on getting taller tires. The stock size is 195/60R15, but the previous owner had 195/65R15 put on the car. The tread is almost gone so it's time to get new ones. I planned on the getting LRR tires but I'm wondering if I should go with the stock size or go to next size up which is currently on the car.

On the tires I'm looking at, its a difference of 27 revs per mile. I guess there is no reason not to go to taller tires, I'm just checking with the fuel economy experts on here.

My car is a 2000 Ford Focus ZX3.
