Never happens.
Typically I can hit 6 or less out of 44, but I do have an ungodly amount of experience with traffic lights (driving here since 1966). most of those are left turns on a divided 4-6 lane highway.
I know from traffic flow when it will be green almost 5. mile away. Some are green for less than 10 seconds in a 1 minute 30 second complete cycle.
