WOW. But I am also skeptical. Though I got rid of my RAM 1500 in July before I really got into hypermiling, my best was 16.5mpg mixed. That's with no extra weight and a bed cover and slow driving and tune-up. And I was very happy, as my average was generally 15mpg.
