There wasn't anywhere near here to do 60mph, but at 40 I saw:
15 injector pulses/second, ~80,000 uS .
15 * 60 * 2 = 1800 RPM, which is about what I saw on the tach.
I assume your 95 is mpfi. if it is TBI then you might need a number 4x larger.
