About this 125cc Yamaha. They officially call it the 2011 Y125 MOEGI. And yes, Yamaha states that it is officially 188 mpg in the US cycle. Yamaha has
also released a short manufacturer's promotional video about it at YouTube entitled "2011 Yamaha Y125 MOEGI Concept at The 42nd Tokyo Motor Show 2011 第42回東京モーターショー " It is interesting to me that Yamaha has gone to the trouble to not only make this finished pre-production prototype, but also their promotional video as well - since they have stated they will never manufacture this motorcycle. Even if they did, it would probably not be sold in the USA, as we all know that almost none of the high-mpg production vehicles currently manufactured, are sold in the US anyway. And why is that?
