I have no idea. I've only tried RTD Explorer once a couple years ago. I bet Adam would know. I've updated the software just a tiny bit and added a new fault code, but I dont' know if that's causing problems with RTD Explorer. The new fault code is when the pwm duty is 100% and the current feedback is zero.
