The simple answer is:

You don't.

That's why MAF sensing has supplanted MAP sensing as the primary indicator of load. When you have manifold air pressure, you have to make a lot of assumptions and fudge the calculations quite a bit to work out the current load. And there are usually some small errors, which makes for less-than-ideal mixtures at times in MAP-controlled systems.
