Is your truck a 4x4 or 4x2?
If its 4x2 you have some extra options.
Slam the truck with drop I-beams & shackles. That got me an extra 1.0 MPG.
Swapping in a T56 from a Mustang would be a bunch cheaper than a Gear Vendor and would get you the bebefits of a manual (efficincy + easy hypermiling).
