I'm sure the "sigh" was the 199, and him not getting to 200. 200 mph has always been a huge benchmark in the auto speed world. At one time, it was said that it was physically impossible to go over 200 mph in a 1/4 mile.
Since this truck in the video has an extreme abundance of horsepower below about 100 mpg (my guess), 4 wheel drive would be a good 1st half mile benefit. Gear the front end a shade lower, say an inch taller tire on the rear, with an over-running clutch to the front driveshaft, like the 4x4 mud drag racers use. There'd be a lot faster takeoff, giving more time to get over 200. The added weight "should" offset the benefit on the top end.
