Don't think so

I've got an '06 Dakota Quad cab--relatively same size and shape. It has a 3.7L, and auto trans. I've added warmair induction, a full bed cover, front air dam, and I use some hypermiling techniques. I've never gotten to 25 mpg in real driving. Now, if you can drive only down hill, drafting a semi, in a warm dry climate......maybe.
