Nice modding! I wish I could get my hands on some coroplast easily in The Netherlands, (we call it 'kanaalplaat'). I was looking at your front headlights and I just cant help but notice that they are not really smooth or streamlined! Aren't there any aftermarket solutions to get them streamlined?
