I don't know what kind of motor is that, but I've read about a similar capacity one that someone turned into a motorcycle engine.
But that particular one wasn't designed to variable rpm (was sold for some gardening equipment), and gave a disappointing FE while it didn't move the bike well either.
So, I think, it's another thing to check.
