Thank you! You should post some pics! Also. hard lesson learned, only prototype with cardboard when you already have the Coroplast (Or whatever your material is) for your second prototype. I had the same issue with my front dam as you had with your grill block. for smaller projects (Mirror deletes, wheel skirts, grill blocks) you can get smaller sheets of plastic at Home depot, True Value, or your local hardware store. Its bigger sheets for air dams, belly trays, and Kambaks that is tough to find (check your local listings for plastic shops(Tap Plastic)).
