new old eBay IGBT's

Hi,
(first post from longtime lurker who'll introduce himself wider when he has something more to contribute...)
Being interested in power section based on IGBTs rather than MOSFETs I keep my eye on eBay as a source of cheap modules; I'd like to know your opinion on Fuji's 1MBI600U4B-120. This is single transistor module similar to 1MBI600PX-140 IIRC used by jackbauer and etlaare. It's available from well-known-here german supplier at slightly bigger price (30 vs 25 EUR) but:

- lower CE saturation voltage - 2.4 vs 2.85V - lower conduction losses
- Ton - .32 vs .75 us
- Toff - .41 vs .65 us - lower switching losses
- reverse recovery time .35 us for both of them - important if using one as freewheeling diode

What's your opinion on using 2 modules (one as FWD) in ~500A 144-192V power section? Switching frequency at 8 kHz is probably the key; using 15V driver supply wouldn't hurt, either. Any extra mods suggested?

Regards
Mike
