Jeep Patriot Grill Block Help

Any ideas on how to install a grill block on my mom's jeep? I probably should have done it before winter started, but late is better than never.

There is a picture of the front of it. I'm looking for ideas on how to cover up the fog light holes, the lower grill, and part of the upper grill. Is there a way to know how much I should cover up?

I'm also looking to keep it oem. my mom doesn't want me to do anything permanent like drilling holes or anything.

For the grill block, I'm thinking of just zip tie-ing a piece of plexiglass on the front, but I can't think of any ways of covering up the fog light holes that looks oem.
