It's pretty common for people with 5 speeds to see 25MPG on the highway. If it's a 5 speed, it's going to have 3.07 gears in it.
With a 5 speed, I'd get the skinniest possible tires, keep the 3.07 gears, replace the oxygen sensors and swap out to more effieicnt fuel injectors. Chrysler used HORRIBLE injectors.
