How many miles a year do you drive? Some plans in Ontario are to put a gps in everyone's car and toll people on how much you drive (they will never get their way, I hope), less then 1.5 miles from home and get a higher toll.
Should poeple be tolled on how much they drive per year? That's the best way to reduce emissions and save oil really, or no?
