Right now, I'm driving about 10,000 miles a year, but that can easily go up based on discretionary driving.
I'm very much in favor of the United States switching to a toll-based system, but that has more to do with our government's inability to manage its money (one revenue source usually ends up paying for another, wholly-unrelated program).
