It appears to be adequately boat-tailed but also it appears it could be angled down a bit more. Also if the sides extended all the way down the supports it should be a bit better, but maybe not enough to matter. I'd have to leave it up to them to report if it helps or not.
He could tape over those stupid bumper vents and put the rear wheels back in the wheelwells too.
