You could build a rounded nose like I have on my car from sheet aluminum, 1 X 1/4" aluminum bar stock, and pop rivets. It took me about 4 hours of work to build the basic nose structure, which I drove for nearly a year before I went back and put another 4 hours of work into it to build and install a driver adjustable radiator door.
