A lot of us use the SGII for measuring a lot of different things. However, we still manually calculate fuel usage for every tank (miles traveled divided by gallons used) to make sure we're accurate. The SGII can be calibrated to be pretty accurate if you have a consitent commute, but it will still always be off by at least some amount.
