I wish I had roads like that where I could do stuff like that safely. Any parking lots that are empty at night are patrolled by private police so no one is allowed to do any driving in parking lots which I feel is pretty stupid. I'll keep my eyes open for a low traffic road where I can try my tires out.
There has been only 2 or 3 times where snow has actually been on the ground this winter which has been great, but very odd for cleveland.
