Craig Vetter's Honda Helix has gotten as good as 104 mpg but he added on a lot of streamlined body parts and had to have new taller geaing fabricated to do it. Its tough with bikes you can't easily gear taller . Streamlining helps some but I think its the synergy between reducing your air darg and increasing your engine efficiency that makes for the big changes.
