The car looks great low like that. I assume it's due to the weight of the battery pack ?
As far as the trim rings ....if and when i get a prius myself, the first 'mod' i will make on the car will be to remove them.
The car looks so much better without them . They do however provide an anchor point if you want to install flush moon style wheels.
