the mold is really very small which is why it looks so easy. also, by setting up a jig for sanding, I didn't have to work too hard to keep the shape right.
I was going to move the battery anyway, since it blocks airflow for cooling, but I figured that if I switch the headlight and taillight for LEDs I could probably save the 50w needed to run the fan. I am not sure what the wattage is on the lights though, I'll have to look at them.
