I love the grassroots/cheapness/use good tech direction of your build.
I just put drag bars on my little Supermoto and ran into clearance problems only after everything was mounted. I was about to cut them down before mounting but barely had enough room at the stock 28" width. I'm glad I test fit everything first. You seem very competent, but don't make the mistake I almost did.
