Oh, it just tells the microcontroller about it, and then the micro can clear the overcurrent if it feels like it, but the undercurrent won't be cleared until it's no longer an undercurrent state. When that happens, the drivers are automatically re-enabled.

EDIT:

But the UNDERVOLTAGE won't be cleared until it's no longer an UNDERVOLTAGE state. dang it. haha.
