Had a crazy idea of using some EMT or black pipe fer my bottom rail. I've already did a quick test with some ½" Schedule 40 PVC pipe and it looks like I can put in the curvature without too many problems. I've drilled a hole in the rear bracket support and through the horizontal skin. Time to source a pipe bender and some pipe...
