Thanks for the info.. My plan for the rear windows was a camera like in a RV for rear view.. I was totally going to make it sealed off.
If you were going to make something "drastic" that was the ideal form what would it look like, could you draw up a quick profile for it? I'm up for a 8 foot tail.. if need be.. since the car is so small already.
I looked at the MB c111 looks more of a "bump in the road " than a tear drop shape.. a.k.a. lift the air up at the nose of the car and drop it back to the ground at the rear..
