When traffic is low or none around, I'll do a "rolling stop" meaning i get down to almost a stop, but basicaly roll though. Nearly everyone does this type of stop in my area. When there is traffic, I'll come to a complete stop and check traffic twice before trying to go.
Signals are a always. I try to be mindful of other drivers as well, if they can't pass me, I'll speed up some, you never know when someone is in a true hurry for a real reasion other than to get somewhere faster. Most of my driving has passing allowed, so it isn't often I speed up for others

I never tailgate, but am tailgated all the time. 45mph seems to be the magic speed, everyone wants to pass pretty quick, 50mph+ they stick behind :-/.
