0 toe might be ok if you don't drive very fast, and don't have to deal w much wind.

One of the cheapest things that might be a fun inexpensive project would be to decrease
or eliminate the outside mirrors especially since if you have a pass. side one.

Plenty of tips on here how to do that. A smaller driver's side can help reduce that flag effect!

Don't be scared to bump up your tire psi. at least by 5psi.
