It doesn't seem to have plan offset to cover the rider's legs, which could be aerodynamically problematic. Nice to see the evolution of the "dustbin" fairings though.

I've seen photos of the racers laid over in a curve with skid-plates on their knees surfing the pavement.There may be so much body English required to toss the bike around in a race that it mandates that the legs and torso be free to move about.
I did TT Scrambles and Motocross at one time and we were all over the bike in a race.
