I have an idea for a grill block and the material to use. I have a crap load of those overhead projector plastic sheets( scored them from my store manager when he was cleaning his office out, I use them to make stencils). I think with some clear packing tape and some of the sheets I can make a decent grill block. First I need to calculate cd and crr then start aeromodding. But since I have like 50 to 100 of these things I think I can make a lot of aero mods or prototype them all with them...
