Manual (and fill cap) recommends 5w/30 oil. However, 0w-30 would be thinner, producing better mileage.

What problems could come about switching to the thinner 0w-30 (Mobil-1) vs 5w-20 (Mobil-1)?

Could the thinner oil void the warranty?
