Both of my vehicles have it, but my 07 RAM uses it for decel than for saving fuel. The wife's 08 Avenger; however, will only engage the DFCO if we are going above 60 mph. Typically 63 mph, then letting off the throttle will engage it until about 55 mph. If the car is in DFCO and I force it to downshift to second, it will continue to a lower speed (@ 40 mph). Various speeds might be worth investigating...
