Tatra were one of the first well streamlined cars I guess, they also had kind of trademark of having air cooled engine at rear, they had even V12 engines put there, also their trucks had air cooled V12 (at front naturally).

Even cars were advanced at the time, sadly war changed much, without it who knows if we would have had different kind of vehicle evolution.
