well guys after trying some of the tips i have learned on here it has paid off!
first i was getting about 17ish mpg in my element it had roof rack, under inflated tires and a heavy foot
first week/ fill up removed the roof rack and gain about a extra 1-1.5 mpg so doing 18-18.5 mpg
then next week/ fill up aired up tires to about 42 psi (max is 50) up from 30-32 and noticed another jump to 19ish mpg
then this past week been doing the speed limit no high revs and using cruise more on back roads and just taking it easy I do 90% city driving every week and was able to squeeze out my highest every city only tank of 20.45 mpg today
