Been a long time since I lost posted, well since I got laid off too..I've all the time to take care of my health which I have to admit got worse and worse because of my shift...10PM or 11PM until 7AM in the morning...been working the graveyard shift for six years and a month into regular schedule brought me back to life.LOL.
Lost 25 pounds already and it feels damn good. I hardly use the car anymore (full tank lasts over a month), it's also useful to get your own trolley/cart for groceries and the savings encourage you to walk more.
The pain I experience after running is bothering me though, the part of the foot right after the toes and before the ankle hurts like hell for a few days after a long run so thats why Im relegated to just plain old walking. Hurts like hell wearing boots, hurts the same wearing running shoes...
but the pain is worth it when you know you're saving money and the planet even in your own little way
