Hello Exalta-STA, I would suggest you investigate "Primal Diet" and "Mark Sisson". I've been following for awhile and am back to my 19 year old weight 5'10" 150lbs and am 50 years old. My personal peak weight was 190lbs. IMO, diet is 80% of the battle in the modern world. Daily exercise is critical and I myself ride a min of 10miles/day and weights 2/wk.

Also as to the snack cravings. I remember the need to eat every couple hours. Now I eat two big meals daily when I get hungry. I believe the huge cut back in sugar and carbs has made the difference. My Primal experiment(n=1) is working.

And before anyone says Primal is dangerous etc...Please check the science I have. I have an annual physical and twice yearly blood work and am healthy.
