You think he is that tall? My thoughts were that either the bike is smallish, or Frank likes to be on top of things. Think - small person in huge SUV with jacked up suspension. Here's his next bike project:

Seriously, good engineering. That's actually a problem I had on my previous bike: back in high school I'd have to stop every 5 minutes to pick my seatpost up off the pavement and put it back into the frame. If only I'd thought about triangulation!
