How to record Dual fuel consumption? LPG/Petrol..

My latest car is an LPG/Petrol car.

So far I've brimmed the Petrol tank, and put 45 L into the LPG tank (it holds 52L)

The LPG is topped up when it runs out, again, always with 45L

Car seems to always return circa 280 miles on the LPG.

This morning, at 280.1 miles, ran out of LPG on way to work, and had to complete the drive to work and back (circa 48 miles) on Petrol..

How should I log this in the garage and on spritmonitor?

I was thinking put in fill for the LPG at the same time as the Petrol topup?

But I reckon that'd make the LPG appear to have more MPG than reality?

It would, however, give an accurate TOTAL volume of fuel required for mileage covered..

I'm at a loss!

Anyone any ideas?
