Yea I got a vx a few weeks ago and i am averaging 40 MPG with hx wheels or 37 if i recalculate with vx wheels. So why so low? I have checked and replaced spark plugs with correct ones. Cleaned egr and iac. Dist cap and rotor r in OK condition (don't wanna replace just yet not trying to throw money at the car) checked and adjusted valves.
What else do the ecomodding docs here recommend? I plan on checking timing and wheels for sticking. Also I have a gasket set and will b cleaning intake Mani soon and replacing as many gaskets as possible. Will replace pcv "valve" just because its cheap and easy to do with Mani removed.
What else? I guess I should test o2 sensor lol and pray it isn't bad, I'm pretty certain its fine, no CEL...
