Another modder is going to use a tensioned fabric for the diaphram.I'm not at liberty to discuss any details.

There's a limit to my skills (primarily a shed and weighted tons of tools, not just experience; i.e, welding) but as with belly pans I am most grateful for examples. Even a moderate change to the inter-vehicle gap should show help for mpg and handling (the second being at least as cruical as the former), and I am deeply indebted for what I have learned so far.
